Hello everyone!

Is this normal? I have installed this new bedcover Ultra Flex by undercover. It cost me around 1500USD. There are gaps in as you see in the photos. I returned back to the supplier & they opened a new box, replaced it, still the same issue is there. According to them, it takes time to look smooth & straigh, because it was folded in a box for a long time. What should I do now? Ask for refund? I've seen many trucks out there, no issues at all.

Normal...will settle over time with the sun.

Some of that should straighten out in the sun! Mine always has some indication of bending at the seams, but not too bad. Recently mine cracked, but it's a different brand. Dealer said it was warranty since it was ordered from factory.

That thing has some damage already, you can see the rubber starting to crease and tear from being packed so long, I would return it for a new one, mine looks better than that and is 4 years old and has been opened and closed 100's of times.
That's what she said.

I have already done that! This is brand new, straight out of the box! The others say park it in the sun, & the dealer said the exact same thing. Should i ask for a refund? Or keep it in the sun? 😭

That thing is brand new, I can see that some time in the sun should relax the rubber and allow it to lay flat/flatter, but I think I see some cutting of the rubber in a couple of your pictures. Being in Dubai I am guessing things get damaged in shipping getting over there, I am not sure what choices you have but I wouldn't want it. You say you "have already done that", I am assuming you mean this is a replacement, is that what you mean, that it has already been replaced once?
