That's slick, but it's for the HD trucks. I'm after a solution for the half-ton trucks.

Maybe something could be made or adapted from these brackets? Maybe the brackets could be swapped, giving a shorter distance between the mountain points. Then, fabbing something up that spans the new, shorter bracket distance, one could mount a 10-inch light bar and a pair of Baja Designs S4 lights.

I've wondered this too.
Need to try something one of these days. Need some spotlights badly (I have 4 sitting in boxes in my garage :/)

I am still working through prototyping my piece. My plan is to closely follow the design Almurr had made.

I am toying with the idea of two designs: behind grille and in front of grille with a camera relocation tab.

This is a hobby not my job so progress is slow.

Im having a hard time understanding why we can't just, nicely, mount them to the bumper? Am I missing some code of conduct? Is it trashy to do that? Do it need to be on a bracket and become over complicated?

Ever met a woman who was a good cook, kept the house clean, always greeted you with a smile, screwed your brains out every day in every which way....But her face looked like she fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down?

Be careful how you mount those. :)

I ordered some 3" lights to test a theory of look and stance. Will report back with pics and further emotions. And yes, that woman is most likely my ex with no makeup. :ROFLMAO:

No code but it would look pretty cheap and not look very good. My .02

Am I an idiot or is the 1500 a different configuration than the 25/35?

Doesn't seem like there is anything that is readily available though. Which is lame.
I wonder if some of the light bars made for Side X Sides might work. I know some are slighty curved and could follow the contour of the bumper/grill a little bit.

This one is pretty slick and you can adjust the length and curvature. Seems like you could easily make a custom mount.

Of course there's always some cheaper Amazon Chinese specials. I've use some of these cheapos on some low use rigs and they held up and worked great. I spent about $300 on one and it spits out a shit ton of light.

I used this brand once (different curved light) and it ran for several years, but it was $2.5X this price, so not sure it's same quality now or just reduced due to competition. Seems to still get decent reviews.
