Adroid 15 issue?

So I just got a new Galaxy S25+ running Android 15. Since finding the phone to my ZR2, the google function where it reads text messages doesn't work anymore. My previous S21 running Android 14 worked fine. Any have this issue? Is there a work-around?

I have a 23 plus and never seemed to get it to read. Always some note about needing permissions. I'm about to get a new one myself, so we'll see.

I have the Galaxy S24 Ultra running Andriod 14 and have no issues with Google reading texts. But, haven't got the software upgrade to Android 15 yet. It hasn't been released for the Galaxy S24 Ultra yet.

So here is a rather embarrassing update. After a week of using the new phone, the google app on the infotainment screen in the truck prompted me to log in again. I guess it took THAT long for the system to realize that my phone had changed. Anyway, the text to voice tool started working again after this.

So I guess it was a permission issue. No idea why it took a week for the system to realize the phone had changed.

So, in short, there does not appear to be an Android 15 issue at all. Just an odd delay in authentication.
