I love this truck since ordering and received May of 2023!
Small upgrades as posted in past and biggest upgrade from factory was the borla exhaust.
I received an email from GM as needed to schedule an appointment with a dealer to upgrade the software, as when I received the ZR2 it did it over the air within 3 months.
But this time I needed to bring it into a dealership.
So I did today with my 3rd oil change as I’m an Engineer so when it hits 30% or less I bring iit in!
Any way, I’m surprised of the software update as now call me crazy but the shifting is so much better and seams flawless now as we heard in the forum sluggishness!
Only dealership can do this update so trust me if you own one go as it’s free!
I also learned a trick with the button on Stability button.

Ok maybe you know and most of you don’t know!
Posi traction? Meaning power to the back 2 wheels. I m meaning a sport mode not 4/4 lock your back wheels!
Our ZR2 has it in 2wheel drive normal full back wheels?

Just holding that button for 10 seconds will put your truck in a position sport mode

I read about this right when I got my truck but forgot how to do it and where I read it. It is a “launch mode” for the zr2. Or burnout mode if you prefer. It turns off all the nanny’s and lock the rear diff if I’m not mistaken? I still can’t remember where I read this and it’s not well publicized.

Might be a dumb question, but which button is the stability button? It's not the traction control button, is it?

Does the DIC display any info when in this mode? And how do you switch back out? I'm assuming just press the traction control button again.
