Ultimate 9 EVCx Problems

I saw all the praise for the Ultimate 9 on this forum so I tried installing my throttle controller from ultimate 9 and it throws several warnings and I have no power at all. I contacted the company and they told me to leave the vehicle off 10-15 min before and have the key at least 20' away from the truck during that time and during install. I tried this several times as well and the same issue persists. Anyone have any advice?

You might want to check the pins in both connection points sounds like one of them got bent or not seated all the way.

If what @The_Q stated isn't the issue, contact them and get a replacement. These units have been pretty much bullet proof.
