Trying to decide on a front dash cam with parking mode. The RedTiger 4k F7N seems to fit the bill at a good price. Anyone have this one? Like it?

If it doesn't have the updated Starvis 2 sensor, stay away from it.

The A329 is AWESOME...no better dash cam on the market. I have it hardwired in my wife's SUV.

No hardwired...no parking mode. Must be hardwired for the camera to function in parking mode. A must have IMPO. If you don't care about PM, then you don't have to hardwire it.

Buddy that has his own car audio shop told me yesterday that the Momento M7 is really good. How do you guys mount these things on windshields that are tinted? Won’t the suction cup sticking to the tint take it off if you needed to take it off for some reason?

You have several mounting options. Suction cups is not a recommended one. You can buy a Blendmount or stick the mount directly to the windshield. The VIOFO comes with a plastic shield that installs over the tint or windshield so if you want to remove it, it peels right off. I've been installing dash cams for 15+ years and I've never heard of a Momento M7. Blackvue, Thinkware, Viofo are all top rated cameras. The Viofo A229 Pro and their latest A329 are two of the best and most highly rated cameras.

Just google car audio shops near me and pick a highly rated install shop. Use Best Buy as a last resort.
