MULTI FLEX TAILGATE WONT OPEN

Well my multiflex tailgate quit working yesterday. It won't even open. I know there's a recall on the switches, but didn't think it affected mine. Guess I found out otherwise
Waiting to get scheduled into the dealership
There are manual release tabs by the actuators but I can't take the panel off because I have a decked system, But thankfully I did manage to loosen the top bolt and wiggle my way in and get to the release tab and open it

Update. Tailgate is fine. The tailgate wire harness was not completely plugged in. All the wiring was repinned to a new harness last year when the body shop broke the original harness. Glad I caught it before it got caught up on something in the underbrush on a trail

My previous ZR2 had the alert.

Don't know..... Honestly I never really paid attention. I will make a note to check it next time I go out.

I don't think so, because I've driven with mine in various configurations hauling long items with the lip flipped up and didn't see anything pop up in DIC.

Maybe I missed it, but I had my cargo camera on so I could watch the cargo, so wasn't really paying attention to the DIC.

Both of mine say the inner tailgate is open when I use it in the open position

Mine as well and you can clear it by pushing the toggle wheel.

Found out today I get a notice when the inner tailgate is down
Still nothing for the main tailgate
