Lil' help here please- I can't find the camera guide lines

I'm "that guy".....
For whatever reason, the guide lines on the camera aren't showing up on my screen. I probably hit a wrong button at some point, they were on there a few days ago and now they're gone. I've waded through YouTube and the 478 page digital owners manual but I can't find out how to turn the things back on.
Somebody please point me in the right direction.

Use simple single syllable words in short sentences please.......
