The Problem is Most didn't have a choice. All the new trucks are priced the same. Interest rates on used was/is stupid high. Buying lightly used doesn't make sense most of the time. Heck when I bought my 22 APR was like 2%, Used APR was more like 8 lol. All during Covid buying a vehicle was a joke. Lots of people were waiting to buy a truck for a couple years. Then I think we just had a mad rush on them. Now it's all slowing down. I think the prices will keep coming down. Most that needed/wanted a new truck has gotten one by now. You will always have those guys that trade them like shoes and are cool with losing 10k here and there on a whim. Most people aren't though. They need most people to keep those factories running..y crystal ball says GM will do the same with the Silverado EV. That's why they are charging +10k for 1500s and +15k for 2500s. Ain't a 1500 in the country worth more $50-60k or a 2500HD worth $60-70k, but every sucker on this forum ponied up to support EV development. Al Gore and Klaus Schwab thank you for participating!
