After having one on order for 5 months and the ETA moved out again to December, I found a seller on eBay selling them below retail. Was about 390 to my door.

Spent an hour this morning installing. The engine access improvement alone is worth the change. Install is about as cut and dry as it gets. Mounts to the factory “lower” box.

Only complaint is the MAF pigtail is a little stretched. Doesn’t seem to be to the point of eventually causing an issue but it’s something to mention.

Donaldson filter like my last truck. It’s a nice system.

I’ll report back with impressions.

I had one on my 2021 6.2 trail boss. It is a great looking system, and I like that it uses the stock lower air box as well. After about 6 months of use I started getting a CEL. What had happened was the fitting on the intake that connects to the pcv tube from the passenger side valve cover started to loosen up. It allow unmetered air in past the MAF. I contacted Corsa and they sent me a new intake tube, but it was the same design. So I used some ultra black rtv and sealed it up myself and never had another problem.
Just a heads up if you get that issue check that fitting first.

I noticed that in your commentary on your YouTube channel. If it does become an issue, I’ll thread a proper 5/8” barb fitting into the intake tube.

I strongly feel for the price point, that should have been as designed from them.

I think this’ll be my next upgrade. Thanks for sharing. I know you’re going to be following up, but was there any noticeable performance gains?

I’ll follow up with “real” results after some miles. The truck is still relearning the fuel tables from the battery disconnect.

Definitely made a difference just based on the trucks behavior post install. Unstable idle and prolonged shifting. Clearly the signal to the MAF has changed just based on that.

What little miles I have driven (roughly 50 miles) response has definitely improved.

Beating on it will nullify any MPG results.

The induction sound added to the cabin is a warm welcome under throttle. Will accent exhaust very nicely.

In the meantime, it’s redneck engineering with hose clamps holding the butterfly valve open in the exhaust.
