I saw a pair of these that were done by a guy who got crazy with them and sanded the texture down, polished the plastic, scuffed it with a red 3m pad, primed them then shot the paint. Looked crazy good, but he wouldn't tell me how much time he had in them to do that.I paint matched mine, problem is they're textured and it shows once painted. My truck is black and unless you're right on top of it you can't tell, just looks like orange peel up close. Definitely better then stock though.
Definitely looks good on that red truck. I really like those side steps with just the foot step black.I finally got the fender flares, bed side steps, and door handles paint matched and installed on the truck. I think the truck looks pretty killer.

The ZR2 fender flares are wider and do have a different part number than the standard HD...I ve seen fenders on trail boss, and i was told fenders wont fit on ZR2!! Is that true?
Yes, that is true. Trail Boss and normal Silverado fender flares will not fit the 1500 ZR2. The 1500 ZR2 has a different front bumper that wraps around the side and also has different front fenders. Both the fenders and bumper are unique to the 1500 ZR2 ONLY, and would require 1500 ZR2 specific fender flares. I've been looking for fender flares for my 1500 ZR2 ever since I bought the truck and have not found them yet. To my knowledge, NOBODY makes fender flares that are specific to the 1500 ZR2.I ve seen fenders on trail boss, and i was told fenders wont fit on ZR2!! Is that true?
