I purchased my truck in June 2023. The front cameras started failing around April 2024. I took it in for service, and they replaced the front module; however, it failed again in May 2024. In November 2024, they replaced the modules under the rear seats, but the issue persisted. Next, they replaced the coaxial cable running from the front to the rear of the vehicle, yet it still failed. On December 2, 2024, the cameras failed again. They then replaced the driver's side door wiring, but the problem continued. Finally, they replaced the radio, but the cameras are still not working. As of February 2025, my truck is still at the dealership.!!!

They should give you a new truck, IMHO. All those parts and labor hours are costing GM something. Gonna start squeezing those profit margins. Wonder if the bean counters are taking notice yet. I know they run analytics on stuff like this.

This has got to be getting some attention now. I'm guessing they are sharpening their pencils and have run the scenarios on the write downs. They'll have to be ready to discuss it sooner than later on their quarterly investor call.
