Looks like if your an owner in select states, you can get a claim award. These CP4 pumps were notorious for failure due to improper specs for low Sulphur diesel and if they grenade, it would take out the entire fuel system including tank, filter, pump, rails, lines and injectors. Was costing $10-12k for a fix.
