I didn’t quite understand what you meant by cut out the inner sleeve until I tried to install them today. They would aaallmmmooossstttt fit but wouldn’t quick slide up far enough. I’ll get the grinder out tomorrow and make it happen!

Yes, they slide up much higher without that inner sleeve in there!
